Some organizations send recurring text messages. The number of these messages varies by program and organization. For the expected number of messages, check the welcome text you received when you subscribed, or contact the sending organization directly.
We will not charge you to receive texts, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier regarding the cost of sending and receiving text messages from your phone.
To stop receiving messages, simply text the word STOP to the phone number you are receiving messages from (e.g. 41411, 81411, 37373).. If you experience difficulty unsubscribing yourself, we can do it for you. Please contact us using the information below, and be sure to specify the phone number you want unsubscribed.

Alerts and messages sent via SMS may not be delivered for a number of reasons including if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond control may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. No guarantee is made that alerts or messages will be delivered, and neither we nor carriers will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service is available on all major US carriers including: Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, T-Mobile, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, and Virgin Mobile.
